Options for guests to work with any food caterer and/or cook your own food, offers financial flexibility. We have a giant BBQ grill and smokers for you to cook on & we do not force the use of particular vendors or food money minimums!
Cost Summaries:
Independent Daytime Lake/Pondview Package:
$10 per guest with $150 minimum.
Maximum of 30-40 guests.
Your event is welcome on the property from when the sun comes up until your departure before the sun goes down.
*If the event is a wedding, we recommend lodging with us so you have somewhere to get ready.
There are other guests present on the property, this package does not include the privacy of the entire property, but you are welcome to access all of the beautiful grounds with your guests!
Designed for guests to run their own event without us. We use these weekends to work on projects and give ourselves a breather or even a vacation!
Independent Daytime Inland Boulder Package:
$10 per guest with a $400 minimum.
Maximum of 100 guests.
Your event is welcome on the property from when the sun comes up until your departure before the sun goes down.
There are other guests present on the property, this package does not include the privacy of the entire property, but you are welcome to access all of the beautiful grounds with your guests!

Full Service All Weekend Event Package:

Maximum of about 450 guests. Includes a stay for 2 nights to prolong the memories in our 3 cabins and the 11-15 RV/camping sites. **Rental RVs available**
The 200 acre property & lodging is exclusively yours, no quiet hours.
Base Price:
$3,500 for under 30 people
$4,000 for 30-75 people
$5,000 for 176-275 people
$6,000 for 276-400+ people
Other POSSIBLE financial considerations/vendors
to hire outside of the
Black Lantern services:
DJ/Live Band/Stereo, etc. must stop by 12:00 Midnight -$
Food caterers, pot luck, pig roast, any vendor you want to hire- your choice as well –$
Bar with Bartenders if needed- We know some GREAT businesses that we are happy to recommend. Many options here, you can provide your own as well, we have rules/laws to follow to ensure safety... so inquire. -$
Party Tent /Tables/Chairs Rental- This is a mandatory expense for weddings since we do not have an indoor area. A tent serves as your space away from the sun or inclement weather. A party/event tent is a great place to dine in the shade for the party, great for a back-up space in case of a little or a lot of rain too. If you require tables and chairs beyond what we can provide with our picnic tables, the local tent rental companies provide these as well. -$
Outhouses @ the Venue – Due to the different sizes of each party, outhouses must be rented each time for the venue area. We have one there already, but if you need more, you must rent them. Solid Bottom Rental can help you. Just provide them with the number of guests and length of stay – even ballpark, and they will figure your needs. You are also free to choose a different vendor as well. -$
