An unpopulated lake to enjoy by row boat, kayak and more!

The Black Lantern Resort & Retreat is on beautiful Berg Lake. We offer kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, and rowboats with life jackets, as well as fishing equipment available in case you forget yours.

You are welcome to bring your own boat, but we do not have a launching site on the lake. There is a public access for boat launching less than one mile away on Moose Lake (Berg Lake is part of a chain of lakes that includes Moose Lake). Moose lake has all types of fish: walleye, bass, crappie. . .
